6 Month Genetic Health Warranty
At Tiffany Puppies, we take pride in the health and well-being of every puppy we send to their new home. To show our commitment, we offer this 6-Month Genetic Health Warranty from 15/04/2025.
Warranty Coverage Includes
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from life-threatening genetic disorders for 6 months from the date of delivery. Covered conditions include:
• Congenital heart defects
• Liver shunts
• Genetic kidney dysfunction
• Severe hip/elbow dysplasia (confirmed diagnosis)
• Neurological or genetic autoimmune diseases

Not Covered:
• Non-life-threatening issues (e.g., cherry eye, minor hernias)
• Viral/bacterial infections not caused by genetics
• Allergies, parasites, or environmentally caused conditions
• Issues due to neglect, injury, or breeding
Making a Claim
How to proceed
If you believe your puppy has a covered genetic condition:
1. Notify us within 5 days of diagnosis.
2. Provide a report from a licensed veterinarian with test results.
3. Allow a second opinion by a vet of our choosing (if needed).
What We Offer:
Upon confirmation of a genetic issue, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
• A replacement puppy (subject to availability), OR
• A refund or part refund of the original purchase price
In case of death, a certified necropsy report is required to validate the claim.
Important: This warranty is void if the puppy has been resold, bred, neglected, or not kept up-to-date with vaccinations and vet care.
